Dominik Bykowski received his MSc degree at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wroclaw, investigating: Reactivity of furan ring in oxaporphyrinoids. Dioxacorrole isomer as ligand for boron(III) under the advisement of Dr. Miłosz Pawlicki.

Since March 2011 he is a PhD student in Prof. P. Sobota's research group and under his supervision. His scientific interests are focused on the depolymerization of polylactide using metal alkoxides.
